There are many reasons to visit Fairhope, Alabama, there are few places more scenic, with historic homes on streets lined with live oaks and a charming, walkable downtown. Fairhope sits on bluffs that overlook Mobile Bay, so you’re never far from a view of the water.  It has a laid-back vibe and is the perfect place for us to gather and power up for 2024.

This gathering will be the perfect mix of learning, networking, and relaxing. You will experience what it’s like to be surrounded by like-minded professionals filling you with inspiration, energy and knowledge.

Thursday-January 25, 2024

Depart or choose to extend your stay in Fairhope. If you decide to stay, you may want to tour the Bellingrath Gardens & Home and/or attend the Gulf States Horticultural Expo (this is optional and would be your responsibility to arrange)

Registration includes all meals and events listed on the schedule.

Travel Info-

You are responsible for booking your flights and accommodations.

Accommodations-

A block of rooms is reserved at The Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa We have a special Digging In event room rate starting at $229/night for a Deluxe Room, Resort View. Airport Info-

The Mobile Airport (MOB) and the Pensacola Airport (PNS) are both approximately 1 hour from our hotel. The hotel can arrange for an airport transfer from either airport, please contact the hotel for more information and pricing. You can also rent a car or use Uber/Lyft. Getting a group together to share a ride is a great idea and we’ll encourage that in our Slack group for those attending the event.

Terms-

By submitting payment, you agree to all terms listed in this agreement. All purchases are final sale.

Payments-
All payments are final and completed at the time of ticket purchase. Failure of your payment will result in a cancellation of your ticket.

Covid Clause-
You release liability to all members/parties/agents associated with Digging In Gathering, LLC. All attendees, speakers, staff, venue operators and outside vendors shall be responsible for monitoring their own health. You are accepting the risk of traveling and attending the event.

Refunds-
If you are no longer able to attend the gathering due to unforeseen reasons, your ticket is nonrefundable. Digging In Gathering shall not be responsible for travel, accommodations, or any other costs associated with attending this event. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstance. If there is a wait list for the event there may be an exception to refund your ticket if we are able to accommodate someone on the wait list, a $50 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund in this case.

Cancellations and Postponement-
Under extenuating circumstances, this event may be cancelled or postponed due to reasons outside of the control of Digging In Gathering, LLC. If the event is postponed or cancelled, refunds shall be given at the discretion of the owner of Digging In Gathering, LLC.
