Digging In Power Circle-—a small group program
Six Sessions, January- February 2024
This small group program will be aimed at those who are thinking about starting their business, are doing this as a side job but want to take it further, or those who need more direction in their first few years of business.
Are you feeling like you could use a bit more guidance as you grow your business? Are you confused or unclear and not sure where to go next with your business? Do you do better in small group situations? Then this Power Circle is for you!
The Power Circle will consist of six sessions. Sessions will be led by a rotating leading industry professional who has experience to share and will focus on a different topic which new business owners might be struggling with or may need some clarity on. We will meet once a week for approximately 1 hour, for six sessions. Additional working sessions will also be offered during the program, they are optional but can give you additional help with an issue you may be struggling with.
Not only will you feel inspired, you will also develop a close relationship with others in the group who are right where you are. The time spent together will be empowering, encouraging, educational and collaborative.

- setting up your business
- pricing
- scaling your business
- hiring help
- managing the seasons
- designing containers efficiently
- finding the right clients
Think of this as a personal trainer for your business! When you finish the program you will have new skills and clarity, and you’ll feel empowered and ready to move forward with your business. You will have a sense of connection, and an encouraging support system to cheer you on. This group will also have their own Slack channel to continue conversations, ask questions and give encouragement even beyond the Zoom sessions. The sessions will be recorded so that you can review information, however we highly recommend you attend each session live in order to get the most from it.
