The Grand Hotel in Fairhope, Alabama served as the perfect backdrop for our winter gathering. The gathering found us learning more about ourselves and how our personalities play a role in our businesses. This lead us to a fun and interactive group project of designing a container garden where we saw everyone’s personalities shine. We tackled spreasheets, discussed challenges in our businesses along with an inspirational talk on the power of flowers by Connie Baggett from America In Bloom and learned about surefire container combos from Joan Mazat of Ball. All the flower talk we got us excited for spring to arrive! Our winter gathering gave a chance to rest, recharge and connect with others in our industry.
